The carports provides Cavender's inventory of vehicles with protection from inclement South Texas weather, while providing valuable renewable energy savings on their electric bills
Of course there is a return on investment but we get the real benefit on our insurance premium for our inventory so that was the biggest financial driver on top of tax credits plus accelerated depreciation.
