Hixon Properties Incorporated is a privately held real estate investment company based in San Antonio, Texas. Since HPI’s establishment in 1975, they have been in the business of acquiring, developing, and managing properties that range from downtown luxury hotels to suburban self-storage facilities.
Rooftop solar on multifamily and self-storage properties
In addition to 3 of Hixon’s self-storage properties, they partnered with Big Sun Solar to install rooftop solar on their luxury River House apartments located on the Museum Reach on the San Antonio River, one of the first multi-family properties in San Antonio to have rooftop solar.
