Richard has led commercial and operational teams across Texas and throughout the country, helping organizations improve project execution, develop scalable processes, and transform underperforming departments into successful growth engines.
He is passionate about solving complex problems, building strong teams, and creating practical systems that deliver a better experience for customers and employees alike. Richard holds a BBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business. Based in Houston, he enjoys music, traveling, and spending time with his family.
